Sarah Gregory

Sarah is the Chair of SIGNAL.

Sarah says …

I joined SIGNAL after my oldest son was diagnosed with autism when he was 6. Many years on he is happy in the right school for him but it has been a long road to get there and I have depended on the amazing support from fellow SIGNAL parents along the way. Going on SIGNAL trips and meeting other kids with ASD has been hugely important for my son in accepting and understanding his autism and I think it has also really helped his younger brother who isn’t autistic.

I became Chair of SIGNAL in 2019. In my professional life I have worked for charities in health and social care policy for twelve years and before that I spent ten years at the BBC where I was a current affairs producer.
